Not keeping your words is a legal crime in terms of foreign trade.. You sold a product with creating expectations and you promised to deliver the requirements of the deal at an exact time and bound yourself legally to that. You had a legal responsibility to deliver the requirements of that deal and thus you failed to do so. You broke a legally bound promise...
This is a defective sale... and thus illegal.. So a compenastion should be made.
Its 22/10 11.25 AM and still waiting for the delivery. There was now arning of any kind about "the delivery could be late", in fact it exacly wrote "they will be delivered NO LATE than 21.10" .
Not delivering so is a clear breach of a legally bound obligation... |

Pixel RAAAAGE! Keep calm and refresh twitch inbox... Although I think it's gonna be end of EU work day before the twitch guys in SF come into the office from starbucks.. Agreed there. I am too expecting a delivery after EU worl time. I just feeling sad to see that a company who mainly come tho these days with its subscribers, still having a hard time to keeping their promises on time.
All I am asking is a bit higher level of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. (I exclude CCP Falcon and Guard ) |

Was it really THAT hard to realize that you cannot send codes etc to subscribers? Based on what information did you give us the date "No later than 21th" ?
YOu should have to check that if there is a problem etc that needs to be fixed vefore you say your CUSTOMERS something like even you are not even %100 sure. Yet you did not even care...
This is a shame...

I can understand that but you aslo understand, that this is not only a failed delivery. There is an unjust treatment here, made by your third party delivery, so this CCP's fail and omit, to check that IF this third party can deliver these goods in the given timeline as CCP is reponsible for delivery, third party is only a middleman for its Subscribers. We as customers are in realtion with CCP not Twitch, so any failure I know CCP as responsible and first contact, not Twitch because I paid this money in direction and information given to me by CCP to see CCP's product or service. and I am heavily dissapointed to see that after that much time, still no officia statement that when it will be resolved or what will be the reperation of this issue as I am clearly demanding a reperation from thatIt is also needed as a show of goodwil.

I can confimr my identitiy on the mail which I get the transcript and you can crosscheck it with my own mail to identify my identity with the mail which I use for EVE online subscription..
there are tons of possibilities, for ending customer dissatisfaction. Yet CCP chose to ignore it..
It is 23.10.2014 / 15:32 PM and still nothing.. what a shame |
